Luxury Hotel Redefines 1920s Glamour in Dallas

Situated in the Oak Lawn area near most Dallas attractions, the historic Warwick Melrose is an 8 story boutique hotel offering 184 large rooms and suites.

Inviting Lobby of the Warwick Melrose

The Warwick Melrose Hotel dates to 1924, and has recently undergone a complete makeover. Stated Larry McAfee, General Manager of the Warwick Melrose, about the remodeling "Hollywood of the 1920s seemed the era that best represented (the remodeling), and it ties to the timeframe in which the hotel opened. We wanted tasteful opulence that would be inviting to a modern traveler."

Deluxe Suite

The Warwick Melrose Hotel is a member of Warwick Hotels International, and includes 184 oversized guest rooms which vary in size from 275 square feet Guest Rooms to 800 square feet Suites. There are 20 large Suites, and one Presidential Suite. All Guest Rooms are non-smoking and include a king-size bed (or double), a love seat (or two chairs), an executive style writing desk, marble tiled bathroom, a make-up mirror, hair dryer, large terry cloth bathrobes, AC, ceiling fans, a two-line speaker phone, personalized voice mail, high-speed Internet access, cable TV with pay-per-view movies, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, and a refreshment center. Free shuttle service is provided within a three mile area of the hotel. Valet parking is available on-site from $12 daily or $20 per night.

King-Sized Bed with 400-thread-count sheets

After extensive remodeling completed recently, each room includes new bedding, drapes, valences, and furnishings, including new Samsung flat-screen TVs ranging from a 27-42" size. Each room also includes new artwork by local artist Ann Parks.

Meetings at the Warwick Melrose

The Warwick Melrose offers over 6,000 square feet of meeting space for business, weddings, or other social events. Seven meeting rooms can accommodate up to 300. There is a relaxing outdoor terrace that overlooks oak trees and landscaped grounds. A complimentary shuttle service provides guests travel to destinations within 3 miles of the hotel, which includes the Dallas Love Field. Concierge and valet parking are on-site.

The Landmark Restaurant

The Landmark Restaurant offers a tempting blend of American-French menu choices that alternate on a monthly basis. Rated AAA Four-Diamond, the Landmark Restauraunt is open early morning to mid-evening. A private dining area is available that seats 20.

The Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport is just 18 miles northwest of the Warwick Melrose Hotel.
